Today Lucien and Simon are taking their first steps in the water with a lifeguard from Centre Aquatique 29°. They headed for the Club Mômes pool at the beach, right next to the Bain des Fleurs crêperie. They were a bit scared at first, but Olivier quickly reassured them! Armbands and goggles, and off they went for a 30-minute lesson! While the children were splashing around safely, I took the opportunity to attend the Zumba class at 11am.

Accompanied by their instructor, the children experiment with balance, wind and orientation, and discover new sensations at the same time.

Enfant Centre Aquatique ConThe activity of the day is a day at the Aquatic Centre. With its giant slides, aquatic areas and ducks squirting out of the water, the children are like fish in water! At lunchtime, I buy them some delicious hot dogs from the foodtruck, which we enjoy at tables in the shade. The older children take advantage of the afternoon to relax in the sauna and try out the hammam.

At lunchtime, it’s Chips for all the family at the racecourse snack bar. We licked our fingers and tried to get a closer look at the kings of the track.
