Oysters
At the beginning of August, Les Boucholeurs is celebrating! The whole family is invited to this gourmet, fun-filled event that puts the spotlight on the pearl of the coastline. After 18 months of work, the village welcomes you for a day of tastings, markets, concerts and giant éclade.
Eclade? It’s a typical culinary preparation from Charente-Maritime where mussels are cooked on a carpet of pine thorns. The result is a woody, mouth-watering aroma. H is for humm….
