48th Oyster and Mussel Festival, Sunday 16 August 2026 from 10am to 11pm

On Sunday 16 August 2026, tradition takes centre stage at Les Boucholeurs!

Oyster farmers, mussel farmers and local residents are looking forward to seeing you at the 47th Oyster and Mussel Festival! They’ll be sharing their passion for their land with you and showing you their skills, their trade and their traditions.

Welcome to this authentic and festive village!

The tradition of the Boucholeurs village in the spotlight

Oysters are part of our guts, we pamper them, we love them!

Jacquo, former oyster farmer from Les Boucholeurs

It's a party for all the family!

And don’t forget your oyster knife and rubber boots!

For young and old alike, the Boucholeurs festival will delight the whole family. Mum will be delighted to stroll through the local producers’ market and choose some fine oysters for the evening, local beers for the aperitif, or a pretty photo by a local artist to decorate the living room.

As for the children, they’ll be running around the P’tits-bouchos village, where the programme includes water games, chamboul’tout and other old-fashioned games, pony rides and plenty of other activities just for them.

Don’t miss: the GORGEOUS games of the sea were invited to the party, to be discovered as a matter of urgency!

Don’t miss: the children’s show in the educational area.
