The information that the Community Tourist Office of Châtelaillon-Plage collects comes from the voluntary communication by individuals when they fill in the online forms available on this site. The optional or compulsory nature of the data is indicated on each form.
The Community Tourist Office of Châtelaillon-Plage undertakes to ensure that the collection and processing of personal data, carried out from this website, complies with the amended Law n°78-17 of 6 January 1978 relating to information technology, files and freedoms as well as Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 applicable on 25 May 2018. Thus, unless otherwise stipulated directly on the data entry form, the data collected shall not be transferred to third parties.
Each form limits the collection of personal data to what is strictly necessary and indicates in particular:

- whether it is compulsory or optional to enter information in order to process your request;

- your rights with regard to information technology and civil liberties and how to exercise them by contacting the CNIL or the La Rochelle Conurbation Community.
The personal data collected as part of the services offered on the Châtelaillon-Plage Community Tourist Office website are processed using secure protocols and enable the local authority to manage the requests received in its IT applications.
In accordance with articles 15 et seq. of the General Data Protection Regulation and articles 39 et seq. of the amended law no. 78-17 of 06 January 1978 relating to information technology, files and civil liberties, you may obtain communication and, where appropriate, rectification or deletion of information.
In accordance with article 38 of the amended Act no. 78-17 of 06 January 1978 on Data Processing, Data Files and Individual Liberties, you may also, on legitimate grounds, object to the processing of personal data concerning you, except where the processing meets a legal obligation or where this right of objection has been waived by an express provision of the act authorising the processing.
You may be provided with a copy of your personal data at your request. However, the Communauté d’Agglomération de La Rochelle may object to requests that are manifestly abusive, particularly in terms of their number, repetitive or systematic nature.
