Every Thursday in July and August, at 10 a.m., Albertine invites you to meet her in front of the Châtelaillon-Plage train station for a trip back in time to the heart of the seaside resort!
Along the streets, she'll reveal the charm of the Belle Époque villas with their colorful facades, and the history of an era when seaside bathing was in full swing. Our passionate guide in Belle Époque costume brings to life the characters of yesterday, the summer traditions of yesteryear and the joyous atmosphere of the early days of seaside tourism.
Her itinerary of around 2 hours, entirely pedestrian, is easy to follow and punctuated with delightful anecdotes about daily life, resort habits and the little architectural details that aren't always noticed at first glance.
